New omnichannel capabilities offer greater shopping convenience and shorter lead times for customers

The addition of Click and Collect and Ship-to-Store represents a major milestone in DSW’s omnichannel journey and customer-centric goal to deliver any shoe, anywhere, any time.
These new omnichannel fulfillment technologies augment DSW’s Ship-from Store and Dropship capabilities also powered by Radial.
