Company’s scalable fulfilment solutions increase delivery speed to Sigma Beauty customers
Radial, today announced a partnership with the international online beauty store Sigma Beauty to provide fulfilment and freight services. The two companies have entered into a multi-year deal including fulfilment operations and shipping within the United States and across the globe.
Founded in 2009 as an online-only retailer, Sigma Beauty opened its first brick-and-mortar store in 2012 and realized that a partner was needed to help scale and grow its rapidly expanding brand. Sigma Beauty turned to Radial’s market-leading fulfilment and freight solutions to significantly improve its order fulfilment capabilities. With 80 percent of packages now going out the same day, Sigma Beauty is able to handle more orders, resulting in higher satisfaction for the customer.
